Helmet Sizing Information

A proper fit is essential for safety. To get an accurate measurement, use a soft fabric tape measure or a piece of string that you can measure with a standard ruler afterward.

Technical Notes

Ensure measurements are taken three times to verify consistency. Spindrift provides these resources to assist in hardware specification; final fitment remains the responsibility of the athlete.

How to Measure Your Head
  1. Locate the Widest Point: Position the tape measure around your head, about one inch (2.5 cm) above your eyebrows (the widest part of your forehead).
  2. Take the Measurement: Wrap the tape horizontally around your head. The tape should be snug, but not too tight. Make sure it is level all the way around and not sagging.
  3. Check Your Size: Take the measurement in centimeters and compare it to the brand charts below. For a race-ready fit, the helmet should be snug. If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend selecting the smaller size for a more secure fit.

The 'EV' (Extended Vision) designation signifies a significantly enlarged visor aperture, dropping the visor line by over 20mm to provide 30% more peripheral and forward visibility. This makes it an exceptional choice for the dynamic, tightly packed environments of junior kart racing.

Strictly homologated to the SNELL-FIA CMS-2016 standard, the shell is manufactured from an advanced carbon-fibreglass composite to explicitly minimise weight and reduce neck fatigue for drivers under the age of 18. The aerodynamic profile features a powerful 14-channel ventilation system to maximise cooling, alongside a 2mm Double Screen Anti-Fog (DSAF) visor for flawless clarity in all weather conditions.
