Shipping policy
Order Processing & Handling Time
To ensure you receive the latest homologation dates and pristine hardware, Spindrift Motorsport dispatches all helmets and premium race gear directly from our official distributor’s warehouse.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has dispatched.
Stock Availability
Because our inventory relies on live distributor stock, availability can occasionally fluctuate. In the event that your chosen helmet size or colorway is temporarily back-ordered at the warehouse, we will contact you within 1 business day to provide an estimated restock date or offer an immediate, full refund.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Transit Times (United Kingdom)
We only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We offer the following tracked shipping options:
- Standard Tracked Delivery (Orders under £350.00): £9.99 (Estimated transit time: 3 to 5 business days)
- Standard Tracked Delivery (Orders £350.00 and over): FREE (Estimated transit time: 3 to 5 business days)
- Express Tracked Delivery (All Orders): £14.99 (Estimated transit time: 1 to 2 business days)
Please note: Transit times begin once the item has been dispatched from the warehouse, not from the moment the order is placed.
Order Tracking
When your order has dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available on the courier’s system.
Missing or Damaged Parcels
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@spindriftmedia.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it with the courier immediately.
