A proper fit is essential for safety. To get an accurate measurement, use a soft fabric tape measure or a piece of string that you can measure with a standard ruler afterward.

Technical Notes

Ensure measurements are taken three times to verify consistency. Spindrift provides these resources to assist in hardware specification; final fitment remains the responsibility of the athlete.

How to Measure Your Head
  1. Locate the Widest Point: Position the tape measure around your head, about one inch (2.5 cm) above your eyebrows (the widest part of your forehead).
  2. Take the Measurement: Wrap the tape horizontally around your head. The tape should be snug, but not too tight. Make sure it is level all the way around and not sagging.
  3. Check Your Size: Take the measurement in centimeters and compare it to the brand charts below. For a race-ready fit, the helmet should be snug. If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend selecting the smaller size for a more secure fit.

Drawing direct inspiration from the highly advanced HP7 and utilising the exact same premium carbon composite technology, this helmet delivers unparalleled protection and performance for drivers under the age of 18.

The sleek, aerodynamically optimised shell features a powerful ventilation system comprising 14 precise air intake and extraction channels to maximise cooling during intense sessions. To ensure flawless vision in all weather conditions, it comes equipped with an optical-grade 2mm Double Screen Anti-Fog (DSAF) visor, complemented by a synthetic rubber gasket to prevent dirt and water ingress.

Inside, the KC7-CMR utilises a non-fireproof, high-strength fabric and synthetic leather lining specifically chosen for exceptional durability in karting environments.
